CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS
Participation in international events has always been and remains one of the priorities of the Ukrainian House. Historical memory and information security are topics of great concern to the founders of the organisation. At the same time, these are the areas of activity that are very fruitful and successful. It is thanks to the efforts of the Ukrainian House that Lithuania and Ukraine have learned more about the activities of the prominent figure Eugene Konovalets. And this activity in the interwar period was closely connected with Kaunas, the government of the young Lithuanian state. Ukrainian historians Oleksandr Kucheruk from Kyiv and Ivan Khoma from Lviv, as well as Lithuanian collector and sociologist Raimundas Kaminskas and Lithuanian journalist Viktor Černišuk, were involved in the research. In addition to unique scholarly books and monographs, a documentary film about Eugene Konovalets' activities in Lithuania was created.
